Frequently asked
Do I need to be home during pickup?
No. As long as items are accessible (e.g. on the curb or in the hallway) and you provide details in the Access notes field, the crew can complete the pickup. You can also attach a photo of the location.
Do you pick up damaged items?
Yes. When selecting an item, add a note about its condition. This only affects disposal routing, not the price.
Which cities do you cover?
Currently we service Chicago and the surrounding suburbs — Evanston, Oak Park, Schaumburg, Naperville, Aurora, Joliet and Elgin. The list grows monthly.
How do I pay?
Online by card in the final step, or cash on pickup. You confirm the price before payment, never before.
Can I add an item that's not on the list?
Yes. In step 1 of the wizard you'll find an Add custom item option. You can attach a photo and description. Some items require a manual quote — use the Contact us form below for an instant quote.
Is my data safe?
Yes. All traffic goes over HTTPS, card data is never stored on our server. Pricing config and booking logs are protected from public access.
